- Experience of leading large-scale integration efforts involving the entire TIBCO product suite giving direction to systems integration partners, client and team resources. These projects should include the full integration lifecycle from POC to production
- Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with client and senior management
- Proven experience as software developer with architectural experience OR Responsibilities should include at least 1 years of EAI development experience
- Proficiency in JMS, EJB, SQL, JAVA, XML and HTML
- Strong working knowledge on SOA or Messaging integration
- Strong working knowledge of UNIX and NT operating systems
- Familiarity with application servers, EJBs, JSP and Servlets
- Familiarity with Web Services Concepts. Understanding of Network design, operation and performance tuning

- Experience developing Eclipse-based applications
- Relevant experience in Eclipse technologies such as: SWT/JFace, plug-in development, RCP, EMF, and GEF.
- Extensive exposure to OO design methodology/design patterns
- Well versed in various development tools including: ANT, JUnit, one or more SCM systems (ideally, Subversion), etc.
- XML technologies Web services One or more RDBMSs; e.g., DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
