Job Requirement

Designation : Senior Member of Technical Staff(SMTS) – Eclipse Development
Location : Pune
Experience : 5 - 8 yrs
Salary : Best in the industry

Required Skills
----------------
- Experience developing Eclipse-based applications
- Relevant experience in Eclipse technologies such as: SWT/JFace, plug-in development, RCP, EMF, and GEF.
- Extensive exposure to OO design methodology/design patterns
- Well versed in various development tools including: ANT, JUnit, one or more SCM systems (ideally, Subversion), etc.
- XML technologies Web services One or more RDBMSs; e.g., DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
- Object-Relational-Mapping tools such as Hibernate, Toplink, JDO, etc.
- Experience/Working knowledge of the following would be an asset: JMS and/or TIBCO Rendezvous Rules Engines such as Blaze Advisor, ILOG JRules, JESS, etc.
- Highly motivated & extremely attentive to detail
- Comfortable in a deadline-driven environment

Job Description
----------------
Serve as technical lead for the engineering team focused on the Eclipse interface/infrastructure implementation
- Participate in the creation of necessary software functional and design specifications
- Implement, and extend/maintain (as needed) software based upon the aforementioned specifications
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support in resolving reported issues related to the Eclipse interface/infrastructure
