Job Requirement

Designation : Finance Manager
Location : Pune
Experience : 7 - 10 yrs
Salary : Best in the industry
Required Skills
=============
-Min 7 years commercial accounting experience (preferably gained with a US company)
-Degree & CA Qualified in Accounting
-Able to manage staff (Accts Pay, Accounting, Payroll) and experience in a managerial role is required
-Understands all aspects of GL, AP, Payroll, FA and running a self contained operation
-Experienced at working with Auditors & Tax consultants
-Understands India compliance requirements eg: FBT
-Familiar with US GAAP
-Experience with Oracle SW (nice to have)
